We found the dream house and it was unobtainable— but we made an offer and so we worked at the deal for months, MONTHS, obstacle after obstacle, but we got the seller down to 45k under listing price—- And we walked— WHY? Because we found an even better property, better deal, better condition, better cost, more land bigger house, better all the way around—— and Dear Lord, we were tired, but we weren’t done yet. We were almost at the finish line and now with time constraints— we were at a full sprint. That is not to say we didn’t conduct a painstakingly thorough due diligence and negotiations period- just that is was crunched into 12 hour days vs regular business hours. After a 21 day close Jared had twice done the impossible and I had my dream home. If you want a Real Estate agent there are hundreds—— if you want a Warrior— there is only Jared Gunter.
